Plus, watch Michele Hament and Jill Stanton demo ribbed and kelp basketmaking in the Main Gallery during the reception.

Weaving Between the Lines explores the dynamic relationship between tradition and innovation in contemporary fiber art. This collaborative exhibition between the Golden Gate Weavers Guild and the Bay Area Basket Makers Guild brings together over thirty artists showcasing time-honored techniques while expanding weaving’s possibilities.
