This body of work is the culmination of several years spent making images around Oakland. In all of Dillon’s photographs, the puzzle of this city coalesces through an ever-present sense of vitality that spills out of each frame. At once evoking lightness whilst commanding our attention, each piece offers a fragment of a place continually revealing itself.
