These previously unexhibited objects and installations demonstrate our continued attraction to the transubstantial phenomena created by light, lenses, and sequenced still images - regardless of our technical grasp of the mechanics. Through a breadth of individualized approaches, these works embrace a tinkerer's inventive sense of playfulness without excluding each artist's personal endeavor toward emotional resonance and criticality.
